Cheltenham Sports COVID-19 Response

The club is implementing a 30-day hold on all club related activity

Hello Cheltenham Sports Families,

As always, the kids who participate in our programs, their families and our community are our #1 priority and safety always comes first.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, our need to adhere to guidelines coming from the state and local governments, and the precedence set by professional, collegiate and other sports organizations, Cheltenham Sports is putting a 30-day hold on all club activities effective immediately.

What this means is that there are to be no practices, games played or any other team/program gatherings, regardless of size, until April 13th.  At the same time, we understand that things are far from certain and things can change.  We will reassess where things are in two weeks and send an update to the club then.

As of today, this will not result in the cancellation of any of our programs.  The programs that are impacted will either have their start date pushed back or games will be made up.

Of course, we are always getting new information and nobody is certain when we'll be out of the woods.  The board will have weekly conference calls and I expect to be in contact with executive directors and/or members of our board on virtually a daily basis.

For details on how this will impact each program, and other FAQ's, you can go to this page on our website.  We will work to keep that updated as we get new info in and as we get new questions.

As always, feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.

Ben
